Little bulky but worth the price November 7, 2008 RAJA RAMALINGAM (Bangalore, India) I am an admirer of Casio products and in fact I have already have few Casio digital watches. I ordered this one because this has both analogue and digital display. I feel the light does't really help in knowing the time because the hands are not distinctly visible in light.
bought two gave them away September 19, 2008 S. Bell 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I agree totally with comments of the others which clown designed this watch If you put it up for a prize to design a rubbish watch you would start with the elements of this one Words going both sides of the middle of the watch maybe the designer likes quarter to three, beause at a quick glance that what the time looks like, a dome plastic that scratches and reflects and a dull light up that goes on just long enough in the dark for your eyes to acclimatise to the light, then goes out before you can actually read it couple this with hard to folllow instructions and watch strap that stands off like dogs preverbials and you have a winner dont buy even at half price like i did you will reget it
Great little watch September 3, 2008 M. Lynch (UK) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Really nice looking watch and very comfortable to wear. Lots of cool features like snooze alarm, world time, stop watch, telememo feature to store contact numbers, countdown timer, back light and illuminous hour and minute hands so you can clearly see the time even at night. Cheap enough to wear for knocking around in but smart enough to keep for best. I'm delighted with mine.
Poor quality from a big name June 11, 2008 J. Hilal (Newcastle, England) 14 out of 14 found this review helpful
Had it for over a month 1. The illumination is so poor you can see nothing from the digital pane, and the writing on the face confused with the hands easily. 2. the phosphorus on the hands doesn't illuminate in the dark. 3. Only forward movement is available for the analouge watch, miss a minute forward then you have to go 11:59 hours again. 4. The "glass" is poor quality, scratch loving plastic. 5. The image online is much prettier than the real thing. 6. For 5 more I got a decent TIMEX, 10 times better.
Some practicality issues January 25, 2008 Simon Harvey (Colchester, United Kingdom) 23 out of 24 found this review helpful
I've had the watch for a few months. It has been perfectly reliable, and I'm sure it will continue to be, but there are some annoyances. 1. You cannot adjust the analogue display mechanically, and the powered adjustment is slow and complicated to use. An added irritation is that the adjustment only goes forwards, so you have to run forward 11 hours (hammering the battery) when the clocks go back in the autumn. 2. The 'glass' is plastic and very prone to scratching. 3. This watch is chunky. I have a few shirts with quite tight cuffs, and the Casio just doesn't fit.
