Casio Diver's Watch October 29, 2008 A. Richards (UK) Once again Casio have produced a wristwatch that belies its meagre price. Combining an easily read display with pleasing asthetics, the Casio is an absolute pleasure to wear.
Excellent watch October 12, 2008 J. Griffith (High Peak GB) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this watch to wear on holiday in the med this summer and I'm very pleased with it. The quality is superb at the price. It looks good on the wrist, keeps excellent time (a few seconds a month), the light is a useful feature and the luminosity of the dial and hands is impressive. Everything about this watch just oozes quality.
Very good value for money, but.. August 2, 2008 Michael Perris (Chichester, England) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
As the other reviews mention, this watch looks and feels far better than you'd expect for the money - it looks very classy and quite a few people have commented on it, expressing surprise when they hear it's only a Casio. I bought this to replace an Omega Seamaster. To my mind, the Casio looks a lot like an Omega, but it differs in to key respects: 1) the Casio's far more accurate, and 2) it doesn't need a 190 service every few years, which is the reason I ditched the Seamaster after nearly a decade. There is a down-side, though; the 'crystal' is glass and convex, extending beyond the metal bezel and it consequently scratches quite easily. Whilst it's not as vulnerable as the plastic screens Casio likes to use on its digital watches, mine nevertheless became scratched right across the face within a month of buying it, probably when brushing against a metal hand-rail - something to which my old Omega was immune, although in the Casio's favour, the Omega cost 38 times as much. After nearly a year, it still looks good, though.. for the money, I don't care about the odd mark. When it gets really badly scratched, I'll just buy another one!
Great value June 19, 2008 Mr. M. Wilson (england) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Fantastic watch for the money. Well built, looks good, lights bright, if you like the look of it don't worry about the quality because it's fantastic, could easily sell for 100.
