Good points:
-easy to assemble
-sturdy
-adjustable
Bad points:
-no instructions on how to assemble
-no instructions on best practice
Overall, I'm very pleased with this product. It would be very easy to injure yourself as it's so easy to stretch your legs with it. So be careful & find proper instruction before using it.
