I decided to try Tai Chi as another form of improving myself and bought this one a few months ago. I have to say although the teacher is extremely good and he explains everything and every move brilliantly the workout was just a little too short for me. Perhaps I am being a little harsh as it is only a beginners DVD but I did expect a little more for my money. There are two types of workouts that you can do one with a weighted ball (which is provided) and one without. The one with the ball is more challenging and I found my muscles ached afterwards but it is roughly only 20 minutes long. I would recommend this DVD but only if you do not have a lot of time to do a workout.
