Susan Fulton Yoga May 3, 2005 23 out of 23 found this review helpful
An excellent starter into Yoga by Susan Fulton. I have tried MANY Yoga dvd`s and although they are all good, what makes Susan Fulton stand out is her step by step, ACURATE account of how to perform each individual position, making it totally unnecessary to watch the dvd while you concentrate on doing the Yoga, like most dvd`s have you do. Yoga needs concentration, Susan Fulton GIVES YOU that luxury so YOU SPEND YOUR TIME ON YOGA rather than watching the host perform it for you while you struggle to keep up. This dvd has made an immense difference to me and I highly recommend it to anyone who is like me, on the large side, and in need of some form of relaxation and motivation to get fit.I will be purchasing all of Susan Fulton`s Yoga dvd`s as a result of the quality and standard of this beginners dvd.
A Good Decision May 7, 2003 48 out of 55 found this review helpful
Looking to get into Yoga being myself an absolute beginner... What a good decision I made NO doubt about it: the video is easy to follow thanks to Ms Fulton's clear and inviting guidance, indeed the routine is so easy for people with Zero background in Yoga and amazingly the final result is a good workout without oneself ending up exhausted but indeed relaxingly tired, oneself can feel all the stress gone
An excellent introduction to Hatha Yoga November 5, 2002 57 out of 58 found this review helpful
This video is really easy to follow. The presenter explains everything very clearly and it's a really good way to start the day. She is filmed on the beach which is really nice and relaxing and there are no dodgy sets. There isn't any fluffy stuff or silly music, it's just a really nice breathing and stretching session. I recommend this to anyone who has an interest in taking up yoga for the first time, it's also very good for older people as it's set at a nice, easy pace.
an excellent beginner's guide to hatha yoga February 5, 2002 59 out of 61 found this review helpful
The perfect way to start regular yoga at home. The video is clear and well paced, with a backdrop of ocean and sand. Music is a bit dodgy, but s. fulton is very pleasant and describes each movement well. Not for the power yoga freaks, but a good all round toning and relaxation experience
