If you've never done pilates before i highly recommend you don't start with this tape, although its comforting to see someone who isn't your "typical" workout model, nothing is explained and you'll find yourself huffing and puffing slowly without much result

I must be one of the remaining few who are new to Pilates and mainly decided to get this video because of Lynne's reputation and on the basis of "If Fern can do it, so can I" ...

I'm not disappointed. Lynne's a great teacher and explains what you are doing and why you are doing it, really clearly. I've used the video a few times now, and I'm still learning but I feel great, have worked off the Christmas stodge and I'm sure I can see a difference already!!

Highly recommended and the Lynne/Fern combination works surprisingly well.
