A great DVD. The moves are straight forward and Davina is just so funny and SO human, you see her getting tired. The DVD is split into three sections, the "pump" section really works your arms and legs (even those dreaded inside thighs!). "cardio box" section is labelled as the fat burning section, it seems to work for me and is great fun to do. The final section is all about posture and toning muscles, and do you feel it the next day! Each section lasts for 30 minutes and it really is over before you know it, so for those of you out there like me that do the exercise to get fit and loose weight but dont really enjoy the thought of performing the exercise, this could change your mind. It has mine. Results so far for me, I can see my arms becoming more toned, my legs to, and overall starting to loose weight (with a healthy eating diet). Very good DVD, thanks Davina!

I bought this dvd as soon as it came out, purchasing the previous davina power of 3 workout I was awaiting the arrival of this. The dvd is less complex than Davina's previous dvd, as it consists in 3 sections, Pump, cardio box and core stability. Pump really works the whole of the body focusing on weights for upper body and some lower body moves to help strengthen muscles, cardio box focuses on getting your heart rate up and I find this the most beneficial you really feel like you have your heart racing after this, this involves boxing and fat burning intervals ( each a minute) and is good fun to do. Core stabiltiy is less active focusing mostly on positions and overal well being of health and fitness. Davina's friendly approach with the help of her excellent trainers Jackie and Mark, make the dvd good to keep fit when excercising is difficult, after a while however as like most dvd's you get a bit bored of the same speech, so just put it on low and put on a ministry of sound cd, to get you pumped up and energized to do the workout to your own music.

This DVD is excellent to work out to. I am trying to lose weight and have very little motivation to exercise at home but watching Davina enjoying the workout and getting tired (like we do) inspires you to carry on. I found some of the moves in the core section quite hard to master and at the time didnt think it was actually working. come the next day my ab's were very sore, they'd obviously been working harder than i thought! also the fact that she does give an easier option to some of the more intense moves makes the DVD excellent for both beginners (like me) and home workout professionals. enjoy Davina, she's worth every penny!

I think Davina's new Dvd is great, it's like working out with a mate in your front room! I like the fact that Davina is real - she collapses in a heap when she's knackered like any normal human being, she's not concerned with looking 'sexy' or how her hair and make up looks like some other DVD's I've tried. It's all about the exercise and she really wants to help people get fit as you can tell she has felt so much happier since she toned up. I think the short 30 minute bursts make exercise much more do-able for busy people. There are also some extras on here for your money, and that seems rare in the fitness DVD game, where celebs are trying to make loads of money out of us. (After all, Let's not forget that they have personal trainers, dieticians and enough money to buy all the healthy food in the world!) The mostly music option is a great feature too, meaning once you have the moves down you can turn off the voices and just listen to the music which is more energising. There are some great dance tracks on here. I would recommend doing the cardio box first thing in the morning and one of the other two sections in the afternoon for maximum/quicker results. Cardio Box and Pump both speed up the heart rate but Pump also includes weight training to tone muscle. The routines can get a bit complex and require some practice to get them right, but after about 3 or 4 goes you get the hang of it. The Core Stability section is easier to follow and slower paced but works on toning muscle and improving posture so it's important to get the positions right. All in all I think if you intend to stick to a DVD and it's not just a passing fad then the lovely Davina is well worth your money, She's absolutely fab.

i have not long had this dvd but i am already aching! compared to other dvds out there right now i understand why this one is up tops...once you get the hang of the moves you can keep up and really feel the exercises working, heart pumping and fat burning! will def stick to this one!
