Let the buyer beware - this video is everything it says in the small print on the cover. If you are looking for guidance and teaching through the Tai Chi Short Form this is not the video for you. The few Chi Kung movements shown hardly constitute an introduction to this also important art - which is worth far more - and the whole video could have done with less of the very likely "dodgy on the back" exercises shown in the same section. The studio shots are taken in near darkness and too long is given to exercises to be undertaken prior to commencing the short form.The Short Form is "demonstrated" but is that what you wanted from your purchase? The few historical and pictorial inserts detract rather than add to the clarity of the whole. The video plays through its all too long 55 minutes with alternating periods of irritating commentary and total silence and my copy at least taxed the tracking on the video player to its maximum. The video at least is honest in using the word "demonstration" rather than "instruction" and credit for the "Song of the 13 postures". A sad investment of my time and money :o( - and hardly worth the one star review - caveat emptor!
