I was looking for one of these for my Dad, when I saw the other reviews and thought I had to put in a good word for the Flymo garden vac .... Mike my husband uses our flymo garden vac and loves it it tidies up the garden in minutes its easy to use as it's light! It is also easy to empty and you can use the contents as a mulch ! He swears by it !

The blow seems to work reasonably well with dry leaves. However the suck is useless. It is much quicker collecting leaves using an old fashioned rake. Even worse is that the leaf mulcher actually ripped through the collection bag the first time I used it. Rubbish!

Only used once to test it out (waiting for Autumn leaves!). Collects leaves easily and shreds them. Powerful jet which surprised me for the price. It's light, too, so hopefully won't be a chore like before when I'm collecting leaves etc manually with a rake and shovelling them into a bag!
