My son has had this DVD since he was about two and a half and he absolutely loves it. He knows all the words (Simon's commentary), plus what hand signals to use to get a crane to raise and lower its load, why it's not safe to play on a building site, who a 360-degree excavator's "trusty friend" is, etc etc...
I agree that the DVD isn't all that long, but I don't actually think this is a bad thing. All our (toddler) friends have enjoyed being shown the DVD as well so I guess it's just a matter of taste!

I was very disappointed with the dvd. It was so little about the machines and more about the chap talking. My grandson was not interested at all. Try the Ready 2 learn diggers & dumpers or Big Machines. The dvd is very short

Our son had this DVD for Christmas. It's interesting and lively for children of pre-school age. Running time is fairly short compared to "Big Machines". It's an English DVD featuring a new housing estate and the machines used to build it.
