just bought this small vacuum, i find it does not clean carpets very well,
(was bought for cleaning the stairs)but is very good for wooden floors, collects all the dust,fluff.so was worth the purchase, light and easy to use.

A lightweight vacuum cleaner suitable for small and uncomplicated areas, this is. A mini miracle version of a "beats as it sweeps as it cleans" heavier duty vaccum cleaner, it is not.
Having bought this thing for an elderly person who had problems with larger Hoovers, Dysons or Henrys they're quite happy with it. It does what it says on the tin. Being small and light, it will need emptying more often if it used very regularly. But for the same reasons and its simple design, it is also easy to manage.
There are no brushes rotating on a cyclinder, so it may fair less well on thick carpects/piles. But by the same token, it is well suited to almost any other surface and performs well at getting small loose items off hard surfaces making subsequent mopping/wiping less tedious.
Personally, I prefer to use a "Henry" or Dyson for large jobs and a Dustbuster (Black & Decker do a good one) for little pick-ups. However, for those for whom bending over and/or wrist action is a special concern, something like this Electrolux Superbroom is ideal for small (better) to medium (adequate) tasks.

Great value. Wonderful colour. Perfect for quick dust and bits cleaning from carpet and hard surfaces. Much better than brush and dustpan. Saves lugging heavier vacuums with trunks to different rooms in a town house. Easy to empty. A Cinderella treat.

I also suffer from fibromyalgia and find to use the large vacuum cleaner mostly to difficult. This little machine is making my life a lot easier. I was surprised how much suction the broom has on all surfaces. To empty the container is easy and the product being so light weight even my 10year-old- daughter has suddenly fun doing a household chore. In my opinion the super broom is well worth its money, which isn't very much either on that low price.
