Customer Reviews:
Great Little Microwave for a Great Price November 8, 2008 Shaun Oreilly After reading the previous two reviews here, I was in two minds as to whether to get this microwave or not. I'm glad I did. I've always purchased Panasonic branded products whenever possible so expected this to be good too. I got this microwave in January 2008 and have been using it just about every day without any problems whatsoever. It does the job that I need it to do - heat my foods and hot chocolate. The only slight downside is the loud alarm that goes off four times at the end of the cycle. It is LOUD - but better than being too quiet! Overall, I think it's been a great purchase and I look forward to more years service from it too. By the way, buying stuff from Amazon is a great idea - even electrical things. The level of customer service from Amazon is simply fantastic. Great microwave at a great price.
Similar experience with Panasonic - breaks within a year May 2, 2008 Book-addicted (London, UK) 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
I have just had a Panasonic microwave break TWICE within 15 months. It just stops working (and flips out the fuses in my kitchen when it does so). I won't be buying Panasonic again either.
Short Life Span July 20, 2007 SAP (London) 43 out of 56 found this review helpful
This is the second microwave I have bought from Panasonic which, after just over a year, the defrosting has gone wrong - it ends up cooking rather than defrosting. I won't be buying a Panasonic again.
